Jr. Level Hardware Engineer
Direct hire position with Benefits
Located in Indianapolis, IN

Specific responsibility will include:

- Digital circuit design with emphasis on High Speed Digital Interfaces (eg DDR2, SATA, HDMI, 10/100/1000 Mbit Ethernet)
- Direct printed circuit board layout for signal integrity, eye diagrams.
- Verification of board design and implementation.
- Develop software as needed to support the hardware verification
- Cross-functional team member

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
- 3+ years experience in hardware design.
- Experience with high-speed PCB design with emphasis on DDR memory, USB bus, SATA bus a plus, HDMI and differential trace design (or equivalent high speed digital interface experience) a must.
- Experience with PCB simulation tools like Hyperlynx, Polar, etc. is strongly desired.
- Experience in the following is an additional asset: Analog or RF design, C/C++ skills, Spice simulation, programmable logic design
- Other preferred skills in USB, Schematic Capture, Ethernet, and System on Chip.
- Good communication and problem solving skills
