Rehabilitation Supervisor - Physical Therapist - Occupational Therapist - Speech Pathologist

Key responsibilities include:
- Overall supervision of staff and rehab programs
- Coordinate daily staffing needs to provide adequate coverage
- Monitor treatment to ensure quality care is provided
- Report employee performance to manager
- Provide patient care when needed
- Assists with program and policies development and special projects

The qualified candidate will have:
- At least 2-3 years clinical experience as a licensed PT, OT, or SLP
- License (or license-eligible) in good standing in Indiana
- A year of supervision or lead therapist experience desired
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
