Job Description Description: The Project Cost Analyst will provide planning, scheduling, cost management and change control, to various assigned projects. Set up WBS and cost accounts for earned value analysis and reporting. Develop and track earned value metrics, perform variance analysis, cost forecasting and proactive problem identification. Facilitate project communications and progress/performance reporting.

Requirements:
Position requires 5-10 years of in depth experience developing, analysing and reporting progress on schedules for large complex projects. Government project experience required.

Skills:

• In depth hands on experience as a Project Control Analyst
• Experience with cost and schedule integration
• Experience with earned value concepts, calculations, performance measurement and variance analysis.
• Experience with progress analysis, trending and forecasting.
• Experience with Change Management
• Experience in developing and progressing detailed complex critical path schedules.
• Experience with resource loading schedules.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of Government Contracting requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software packages.
• Strong leadership skills
