Job Description

Proforma is a rapidly growing, North American leader in the graphic communications industry. We have over 700 franchised sales offices and are headquartered in suburban Cleveland, Ohio.

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to act as a consultant and solutions provider for operational issues to our franchise owners. Responsible for operational and reporting questions and concerns. Other duties include credit management of owner portfolios, cash flow modeling and reporting, assisting owners in the interpretation of financial information, and financial review of prospective franchises.

General Requirements: Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good phone etiquette, a good understanding of accounting principals, and have the ability to learn quickly and work well with a team as well as independently.

Computer Requirements: Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Experience Needed: One to three years business experience, preferrably in the areas of finance or operations.
