An Executive Recruiter is needed for a high level Financial Solutions team in our Indianapolis office. Placing great people in the right positions is the key to achieving outstanding business and career development results. You will have a plan of attack, target list of accounts, and an opportunity to make an impact in your local community. In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of accounting professionals (mid level to CFOs). The Account Manager role is responsible for the planning, cold calling, scheduling appointments, cultivation and monitoring of accounts. Business development activities include sourcing, qualifying clients, identifying potential decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, working with internal recruiters, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and scheduling client visits. We're looking for someone with a strong ability to attract the talented candidates we're placing in these higher level financial solutions roles. You will be sourcing the qualified candidates, matching their qualifications to the openings, and closing the deal. Our business relies highly on repeat business therefore strong relationships and working with people in a fast-paced team environment.
